From participants

“Week 4’s panel rehearsal exposed that I answer too long when two interviewers nod. Shortening those answers felt unnatural at first — then the real panel stayed with me.”

★★★★☆ “Strong on process design. Less useful if you only need CV line edits — that is not the centre of the Studio.”

FAQ

Questions before you enrol

Is this suitable if my German is still developing?

Yes, with limits. We can rehearse bilingual panels and help you signal language boundaries clearly. We do not replace a language course, and we will say so if fluency — not process skill — is the primary blocker.

Do you guarantee an offer?

No. Coaching improves preparation quality and decision-making under pressure. Hiring outcomes depend on employer needs, competition, and timing outside our control.

What is a real limitation of the Studio?

We do not provide legal advice on contracts, visas, or works-council procedures. When those topics appear, we refer you to qualified advisors and keep coaching focused on the recruitment process itself.

Can my employer sponsor the seat?

Often yes. Contact us for an invoice-ready quote and a short outline suitable for L&D or HR approval.
