Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid coaching seats and consult packages purchased from Logicschemapath. Informational browsing of this website does not create a charge.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if no live coaching session has been delivered and no substantial digital cohort materials have been accessed. After the first live session, refunds shift to the partial rules below.

Full refund conditions

A full refund is available when (a) the request is received within the 14-day window, and (b) no live session has occurred, and (c) downloadable cohort materials marked as “restricted release” have not been accessed. Cancellations initiated by Logicschemapath before delivery also receive a full refund.

Partial refund conditions

If you cancel after the first live session but before the midpoint of a multi-week program, we refund 50% of the remaining unused weeks, calculated on a straight-line weekly basis. Single-session consults are non-refundable once the session has started.

Non-refundable items

Completed one-to-one sessions, employer-invoiced workshops already delivered, third-party assessment fees paid on your behalf, and administrative bank transfer fees charged by your bank are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email hello@logicschemapath.digital with your invoice number, purchase date, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within three business days and state whether the request qualifies for full or partial refund.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may require your IBAN confirmation. Processing time at your bank can add additional days outside our control.

Cancellation

You may cancel future unused sessions by written notice. Missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice are treated as delivered for refund calculations unless we agree otherwise due to documented emergency.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under German and EU law remain unaffected. If a program is materially changed (for example, instructor unavailable with no suitable replacement), you may choose a transfer to a later cohort or a full refund of unused portions.
